Timesheets

Debbie for SVA blog postOne of our members Debbie Condon agreed to share her clever timesheet which tracks how long you spend on each project – download it below!

Advantages:

  • Because it’s in excel – it’s pretty easy for people to work with / understand
  • It’s free
  • If you forget to start or stop the clock – you can go back and manually amend it afterwards

Hopefully the Time Log page is fairly self explanatory – you simply stop and start the clock. The Summary Tab pulls it all together, giving you the totals.  (Instructions are at the top of the page).

We just copy and paste this page and email it to the client each week.

When trying to download the excel timesheet I get a message to say the file is corrupt and cannot be opened. Could you please email the file to [email protected].

    Many thanks in advance.

Thank you for this! A fantastic document that I am going to really benefit from using! I’m in the process of setting myself up, and this is a great way to monitor my productiveness at the moment, as well as to use with clients in the future.

    Thank you again!

I’ve just downloaded this free time tracker for the purpose of tracking the time spent on responding to customer online reviews and customer email inquiries. I am excited, and will update how it has worked for me at a later date. Thank for providing this tool for beginners like myself.
