Book Review: The E Myth

The E Myth

This one I think is essential reading for all entrepreneurs – a great present for clients too!

Rather than being something to do with online working “The E Myth” refers to the myth that Entrepreneurs are born as fully fledged, gung-ho, marketing geniuses who overfill with creative and visionary ideas. In fact, most entrepreneurs simply want to do their job in the best way possible. They get buried in a deluge of paperwork, bookkeeping and stuff which they hate doing, and the thing which made them start a business often suffers. Michael Gerber presents a theory about how to “McDonald-ise” your business so you can outsource the parts of your business which you despise and concentrate on where you enjoy spending your time.
