Well now I've actually booked myself in for a few days in the Big Smoke - who would like to meet up?
Suggested meet up dates:
Fri 14th March
Tues 18th March
I'm down quite a lot after September too....but that seems like a long way away! _________________ To support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |

Can't do March dates, but it would be fab to meet up and put faces to names. September should be OK if it is a date when Hubby can dog sit _________________ Charley

I could meet in London in either month, just let me know when. It would be great to put faces to names and get to know my virtual colleagues. Train fare is no problem as I have some free travel.

Sorry can't do March dates, but September is good for me too (2nd week onwards) - first week I have a conference in Italy! (No, not as a VA - with my charity trustee hat on instead). Would love to meet up. _________________ Janet |

I would love to meet up but March will definitely be out unfortunately.
Depending on my "external job" situation, September might be OK. _________________ Sharon Kemp SK Virtual Assistant For monthly SVA training sessions please visit: http://tinyurl.com/39abrt Or to support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |

For those considering a London meet up what about arranging to meet in May at The Time Creme? _________________ Regards

Great idea about Creme. Not sure which day I'll be going as it's the same week as the Christian Resources Exhibition which is my big networking event of the year! It's such a pain they are both always in the same week. If you all let me know when you are going, I will try to fit in. _________________ Janet |

Times Creme: Some of you went to this last year didn't you? What did you think if it from a VA's perspective? Was it useful or geared more to office-based PA's?
I might try and go to that if it is worth the while. _________________ Sharon Kemp SK Virtual Assistant For monthly SVA training sessions please visit: http://tinyurl.com/39abrt Or to support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |

Sharon, I went to the Times Creme in London last year and Manchester the year before - my experience was that Manchester was not worth it but I am already booked into London for this year as I found it useful but did not allow enough time last year. I haven't decided which day I'm going yet but it will either be Wednesday or Thursday. _________________ Regards

Good freebies at Creme - especially from the John Dickinson stand which keeps me going in posh notebooks! _________________ Janet |

Ooh, freebies :P - got to love 'em.
Hmm, I think I might be very interested in Creme - unfortunately the website doesn't seem to be working at the moment. Any idea of the entry charge? Is anyone else thinking of going - it would be great to fix the same date with as many of you as possible so we could meet. _________________ Sharon Kemp SK Virtual Assistant For monthly SVA training sessions please visit: http://tinyurl.com/39abrt Or to support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |
