Hello
I am new to this site and very pleased i found it - i am Helen Smith based in Norfolk, UK.
I am currently woring as online support and i am migrating that into VA, i have been a Pa/secretary for 20 years and have been running my business as a nutritionist for the last 3, but things have changed so going back to my roots!!
I am looking for guidance on T&C's and Contracts/agreements for new clients?

Hi Helen
Welcome to SVA!
There's contract templates available to buy here: http://www.societyofvirtualassistants.co.uk/va-products/
But you could do your own T&Cs if you feel more comfortable going down that route.... Essentially what you have to cover is that any disagreement would be dealt with under the English court system, that there's a limit on your liability for any mistakes, that payment terms are specified and that your system of work is outlined in the T&Cs.
