Hi
One of my clients send me their Time Sheet monthly in the post, it states on their Time Sheet that they have to be recieved the day before the last working day of the month in order to be paid.
As the post can be unreliable at times I didn't know if anyone could recommend another way that they could get them to me, log in to something or maybe some other way??
It does state on his Time Sheets that they can be emailed but none of them every email them to me even though I email some of them their payslips!!
Many Thanks _________________ Amanda

Hi Amanda
Just making sure I've got this right: So various staff members fill in a timesheet for work they've done and you process them for payment on behalf of your client?
There's a couple of electronic programmes you can use which they just email the documents to you - MinuteDock and Timestamp are the two which spring to mind... Not sure if that would work for your client?

Hi Caroline
What he is trying to get away from is them sending the Time Sheet to me in the post as they are always late and sometimes, some of them forget to even post it and with Christmas coming up the post will get later and later.
A few of them don't have email and so can't email it to me and the ones that do have email, still post it!
I wondered if maybe there was something where they could either log in to a file maybe via dropbox and fill in there Time Sheet from there or maybe call or text their hours in daily!
Thanks for replying will have a look at what you suggested.

Would a virtual fax work? You'd get it via email but they'd use a fax machine? _________________ To support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |
