My eldest son has his leaver's assembly at secondary school tomorrow! Then it's study leave all the way as exams are still ongoing.
He makes me so proud, I just had to share it with you all |

Congratulations! Enjoy the Proud Mum moment.
My best friend's son is doing his GCSE's but the school has withdrawn study leave as it has been abused in the past so the kids have to go into school to revise. _________________ Regards

My "little" cousin Moray is on exam leave at the moment - mostly this seems to involve negotiating new mobile phone contracts, hanging out with his girlfriend and blagging gig tickets off me - his mum has made me promise to remove the T In The Park tickets if he doesn't do some actual studying!!!
Poor boy - it's most unfair being a teenager!!! Being a student is great tho - ah, all that lounging about and being utterly debauched by eating cold pizza for breakfast - HURRAH! _________________ To support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |

| Ah yes memories of that rebound. We used to get a full fortnight off when the exams first started, and then you were back to school but you could take off the day before an exam (to study, ha ha) so if you had later exams scattered over the month you did quite well for days off. |

What a great service!
The form tutors even put on a show - with them being the pupils in Year 11 and adding it to music with their own version of We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions.
There was much laughter and many tears.
It made me feel like I was back at school and leaving myself, ahh, it only seems like yesterday |
