Hi ladies and gents, havent been on for a while, sorry and I hope you dont mind but have a question to ask.

I need to use one electronic calender but also need it so that six other people from different offices can all use the same calender so that they can see who is on call etc. and be able to amend it but it just be on central calender. I have got Google calender but not sure whether six different people can use one calender. Does anyone use any such system and if so could you recommend something I could use.

Hello

We use google calendar with a team - it depends a bit on what you want to do e.g. if it's simply to put everyone's holidays in one place or to book a meeting room for example, a single google diary may suffice.

You can also have multiple google calendars shared amongst the team and would be able to check availability when booking meetings etc by using the invite facility.

Google calendar is great and as far as I know it can be shared with other users. Very useful as it sends reminders to my phone and email when I've got appointments coming up!

Thanks for your help. Yes I need to share a calander all the time for an ambulance crew to know when everyone is on call, so I guess i will have to create one and then get them to share into mine.
