I just wanted to say Hi. I started my VA business in January and really enjoying it. Best thing I ever did.

I am going to the VA Conference on Friday and hope to meet a lot of you Fellow VAs there.

Welcome. Just popped on to your very professional website... I know I'm being thick, but what's your logo supposed to represent? I was never good at seeing faces in "splodges"...

Hi Carole, I agree it isn't completely clear. To me it looks like a lit fuse (for a bomb), which I can understand but seems a bit abstract. Nice site tho'.

You are right it is a cala lily - my favourite flower and denotes that I will bring peace, calm and tranquility into my clients lives lol ...

Hi

Hmm calm and tranquility - maybe I need a PA, possibly just a holiday!

Business is going surprisingly well - about 60% of my billable time is taken, which considering I'm supposed to be off work at the mo because I had a major op 4 weeks ago is better than I expected!

How are you getting on?

I also started at begining of year and have found the forum an excellent source of info. I have just taken on another client who is a friend of a friend, so it pays to tell all your family and friends about your new venture - after all, networking has to start somewhere.
