Hi
I'm still in the very early stages of setting up as I am still working full time. I want to try and get everything right as best as I can from the outset so I am probably spending way too much time researching and stuff at the moment. Has anyone else been like that or is it just me?
I have done some training but then I've subsequently read some VA literature that's out there and just when I think I know which route I'm going to go down I read something that changes my mind!
Am looking forward to hopefully getting to know some other VAs in the area and of course always grateful for any helpful tips/advice!

Hi Amanda
There's certainly tons more info available than when I started up - but the most important thing is that you find something which works for you and your business. For me, most of the "all in one" systems just aren't flexible enough to use for my client base, so I sort of pull email newsletters from here, workspace from there, website from over there... you get the idea!
One of these days I'm going to design the ulitmate all-in-one system - and then no one will buy it coz it'll only work for my biz!
Keep up with the research though - I'm a firm believer that it makes a huge difference.

As caroline says research is v important, as is putting in place the systems/software that will work best for you. I wish you the best of luck, pls let me know if you need any tips/advice
