Hi all
A potential client of mine currently uses Act to manage her telemarketing calls. She has told me that she wasn't like this program and wonders if there is something similar out there that she can use to track the calls she needs to make, when she needs to make them; a sort of 'bring-up' system.
I have no knowledge in this area and wondered if someone new of such a program/system I could recommend please?
Many thanks

Thanks very much, I'll have a look at Tactile. Sorry for the delay in replying and I hope you have a good w/end!

I know a few people use Zing (I might have got that wrong!!) to manage call back requests etc for telemarketing... Might be worth looking at. As with lots of things it boils down to what you're trying to do with the data and what your personal preferences are. _________________ To support SVA please donate to: http://tinyurl.com/37urec |
