I just wondered if anyone uses a CRM database at all for themselves - something like Zoho and if you find it useful?

I think these are excellent for tracking and following up - we got free software from Business Gateway called Complete Business Manager which does something similar combined with accounts.

But to be honest, I find it easier just to use something like Constant Contact to manage prospective clients....
