MEMBER REGISTRATION

You can automatically register yourself with  the Society of Virtual Assistants Members Area by filling out and submitting this form.  Choose a username for yourself (such as your last name) and make sure this username contains no spaces.  Also create a private password. NOTE -  For security reasons some web servers do not allow self-registration.  Self-registration is not allowed on Microsoft web servers that use Windows NT accounts to establish web permissions.  We are aware that Firefox will not allow self-registration.  Please use another browser.

Including access to restricted areas of the forum, website listings and special offers please accept the terms and conditions as follows:

	I certify that I am sufficiently competent & have the means to provide the services I list.
	I will respond within 24 business hours to any phone or email messages with automatic responses or answer phone messages detailing my absence if I am away.
	I will insert the SVA logo and weblink in my website.
	I have a website & email of a professional standard (i.e. no free hosted email/websites including Microsoft Live, Gmail, Hotmail etc., no adverts which you do not control content of, must be more than single page, must have site-specific secure email e.g. info@mydomain.com)
	All fields will be published including your address.
	I agree to SVA reserving the right to refuse membership for any reason

Please DO NOT apply if you:

• feature adverts on your site which you do not control the content of (this includes Adwords).
• have only a single page website, or your site is not a virtual assistant specific website.
• use yahoo/hotmail/gmail to manage your emails - these are not secure and therefore we cannot approve anyone who uses them for client emails.
• are not able to supply a mailing address which we can publish, this is a legal requirement of Limited Company websites and best practice.
• have an incomplete site, we won't consider your application until the site is finished, please apply for standard membership instead.
