The title is a bit of a mouthful, but this book I remember very fondly as it was the first VA specific book I bought. It’s aimed at start up VAs, and is written from a US perspective but it’s a very good introduction to the industry.
What I liked most about it is the templates, ideas and plans it contains. It’s a real thought sparker.
